Shipping Policy

• All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.
• Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or courier services and be delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays, subject to their terms & conditions.
• Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.
• All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.

Australia Wide Shipping Rates for Small Sized Items 

• $10 Flat Rate - all states except WA (2-6 business days)
• $15 Express Rate- all states except WA (1-3 business days)
• $15 Flat Rate - shipping to WA (3-8 business days)
• $20 Express Rate - shipping to WA (2-5 business days)

Australia-Wide Shipping Rates for Heavy & Bulky Items (Oversized Items)

Some items are heavy and bulky, and for those oversized items with known shipping charges, we will display these rates in the checkout.

Other oversized items don't have a fixed shipping rate, so we'll provide you with a quote on the best rates and method to your location after we check with our range of specialist shipping partners.

The quotation process is as follows:

• Go through the regular checkout process and pay for the item(s) in your cart.
• You will receive a notification that we will contact you with a postage quote for oversized items.
• Once you agree to the postage quote, Carac will take payment for the freight and finalise the shipping details.
• Providing quotes for oversized items is our priority, and we will quote the freight promptly upon receiving your order.
• By managing this process in-house, we aim to provide you with the most competitive freight quote available.

Delivery Time

We aim to have your parcel delivered as soon as possible. Sometimes, unavoidable delays can occur. If you have not received your order in the time frame provided, please get in touch with us at sales@equipmentlinkrv.com.au
